O’Reilly out after appendectomy

The Buffalo Sabres have announced that forward Ryan O’Reilly has successfully undergone an appendectomy.

O’Reilly is expected to miss somewhere around two weeks.

O’Reilly has seven goals and 11 assists in 27 games this season.
