Season Tickets Prices Going Up

Season tickets for the 2011-2012 season are expected to increase by about 5 percent. Prices will go up from $1-$4 per game depending on seat location. The cheapest seats in the arena are 300 level IV. Last season they were $902 and this year they will be $940.

There is currently a long waiting list for people who are interested in purchasing season tickets. With this increase, it may help shorten that list a bit.

Season ticket holders can expect to get their renewal packages in the mail over the next week.

Two pre-season games will be included in the season ticket packages, but only at a discounted rate. The 2.5% rebate for Sabrebucks will remain included in the packages.

I founded Buffalo Hockey Central in 2008 and have poured hours and hours into this site. Luckily, we have a great team of writers and designers who have helped keep this up and running despite a ton of out-of-pocket costs. We do this because we enjoy it, and we're desperate to see the Sabres win the Cup someday, but they have to make the playoffs first.
