Buffalo Sabres defenseman Tyler Myers will miss 4-6 weeks after undergoing wrist surgery this morning to repair a broken wrist he suffered Saturday night versus the Phoenix Coyotes.
Myers suffered the injury in the second period of the game.
The Sabres have called up defenseman TJ Brennan from the Rochester Americans, of the AHL, to take Myers’ place in the lineup.
