Matt Moulson – New York Islanders
Matt Moulson plays for one of the most confusing franchises and hockey situations in the NHL.
The New York Islanders have been the definition of futility for many years, and Matt Moulson has been there for a few of them.
I have seen him play many games against the Sabres, and is always a professional on the ice.
He is never in middle of any situations that could lead to his team taking a bad penalty, and celebrates goals with his teammates without the need for taunting.
Moulson is not a big hitter, so there is a lack of placing himself in situations that could lead to injuring a player or risking a suspension.
He is dependable both in regards to staying healthy (82 games in 2011/12) and staying out of the box, taking only three minor penalties all season.
