Buffalo came into the 8th week of the season, looking to rebound off of a week where the only tallied one point in three games. The Sabres were able to turn the tide, just a little, and got themselves 3 of 6 points. Although they keep stockpiling points, Buffalo finds themselves in 14th place in the Eastern Conference.

    @Bobby Caico, He will most likely be gone at the end of the regular season if they miss the playoffs again. I believe the only reason he wasn't dismissed with Ruff is that finding a new GM in the middle of the season is not going to do anything but hurt the team even more. Darcy realizes he needs to do something for this team or he will be gone, so he began doing it. It is easier to find a new GM in the offseason when GM's may be leaving their jobs or new candidates are out of the previous titles.

    darcy needs to leave, assistant GM for detroit is who the sabres need he has won 4 stanley cups and knows how to build a winning team
