In the 12th week of the season, the Buffalo Sabres began with slim playoff hopes. The week would start off with two crushing defeats, but things would turn around and Buffalo would finish off with two victories. Out of 8 available points, the Sabres walked away with 4 points. Although the Sabres gained half of the points this week, they did not get much help throughout the rest of the Eastern Conference. Heading into Week 13, the Sabres playoff hopes are in danger.
