Henrik Lundqvist, New York Rangers
King Henrik once again proved that he is a big reason the New York Rangers are competitive each season. This year marks the 5th career nomination for Henrik Lundqvist. He took home the award for the first time following a stellar 2011-12 season. Throughout the last season, it seemed that whenever the Rangers needed a boost from their goaltender, Lundqvist put the team on his back without issue. In 43 games this season, Lundqvist compiled a record of 24-16-3, with a good 2.05 GAA with a .926 save %. When the season came to a close, Lundqvist found himself tied for most wins in the NHL, 24, with fellow nominee Antti Niemi.
