The Buffalo Sabres found themselves winning their 2nd game of the season in this week of hockey. Unfortunately, that would be the only win Buffalo got this week. Their victory was sandwiched by two losses, where the Sabres were outscored a combined 8-4.
After one month of hockey, the Sabres have 5 points (2-10-1). They are 8th in the Atlantic Division and 16th in the Eastern Conference.
