Development Camp roster released

Next week marks the beginning of the 2014 Buffalo Sabres Development Camp.

According to a press release, the attendees will be taking part in on-and-off the ice. “The goals of the camp are to show prospective players the fundamental ideas of the Sabres’ playing system, and expose them to the conditioning programs of an NHL player.”

The camp begins on Monday, July 14 with an on-ice coach’s practice that runs from 10:30 am to 12:15 pm.

On Tuesday, there will be a pre-scrimmage skate from 10:15 am to 12:45 pm, with an intra-squad scrimmage coming at 7 pm that evening.

The players will have Wednesday off.

On Thursday, there will be on-ice instruction from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm.

Friday wraps up the Development Camp with a three-on-three tournament from 10:30 a.m – 12:30 pm.

As camp goes, we will have coverage for you here at Sabres Hockey Central.
