The Buffalo Sabres have traded forward Brian Flynn to the Montréal Canadiens in exchange for the 5th-round pick in the 2016 NHL Draft.
In 54 games played this season, Flynn has five goals and 12 assists, and has 41 career points as a Buffalo Sabre. Flynn was signed by the Sabres organization on March 28, 2012.
Flynn was signed out of Maine University, where he finished with 156 points in 153 games with the Black Bears.
