Ennis hopeful to return soon

With just over a month remaining, the Buffalo Sabres are hoping to get Tyler Ennis back in the game. The forward went down with an injury on December 30th, a suspected concussion.

Yesterday, Tim Murray updated the media and stated that he expects Ennis to play again this season, but that they are just being careful.

Ennis skated on Monday with no issues.

“He’s starting to have a smile on his face…hopefully we get him in the lineup soon,” Murray said.

I founded Buffalo Hockey Central in 2008 and have poured hours and hours into this site. Luckily, we have a great team of writers and designers who have helped keep this up and running despite a ton of out-of-pocket costs. We do this because we enjoy it, and we're desperate to see the Sabres win the Cup someday, but they have to make the playoffs first.
