Rochester shuffle continues

Cal

The Sabres have sent forwards William Carrier, Cal O’Reilly and Cole Schneider back to Rochester.

With Buffalo’s next game not until Tuesday night in Ottawa against the Senators, this is yet another move to save money under the salary cap.

Carrier has played in 11 games for the Sabres this season, registering one goal.

Cal O’Reilly is pointless in 4 games for the Sabres this season, but scored in a shootout to help the Sabres earn a win.

Cole Schneider appeared in 4 games, has one assist and is a +2.

The Amerks face the Albany Devils, New Jersey’s farm team, in Albany at 5 pm. tonight.

I've been a Sabres fan since my first game in the Aud in '76 against the Habs. I sat in the lower golds for that game and though I've been to close to 400 games, I've never sat as close as I did that night.
