Bailey nets first goal

With the amount of injuries piling up again this season, head coach Dan Bylsma said that players will have to step up. That was evident during Tuesday’s 4-1 win over the New York Rangers as Zemgus Girgensons, Evander Kane, Jack Eichel and Justin Bailey each scored a goal.

For Bailey, it was his first National Hockey League goal.

“It’s amazing. When I got back to the bench, I was overcome with an emotion I can’t really describe.” – Justin Bailey

I founded Buffalo Hockey Central in 2008 and have poured hours and hours into this site. Luckily, we have a great team of writers and designers who have helped keep this up and running despite a ton of out-of-pocket costs. We do this because we enjoy it, and we're desperate to see the Sabres win the Cup someday, but they have to make the playoffs first.
