As of noon today, the Buffalo Sabres will place forward Matt Moulson on waivers, with the intention of sending him down to the Rochester Americans.
Moulson has been a huge disappointment and the Sabres finally made a move. He has played 14 games this season with zero points and a -9 rating.
Moulson has a cap hit of $5 million this season and the next.
Kyle Okposo was asked by @BuffNewsVogl what message is sent by Moulson being put on waivers: “Get our sh-t together.”
