Due to Patrick Kaleta’s four game suspension, Corey Tropp has been called up from Rochester. He will be making his debut for the blue and gold.
Tropp was drafted in the third round (89th overall) in the 2007 entry draft.
He spent the 2010-11 season in Portland, posting 40 points (10 G, 30A) in his first professional season. This year he has four goals and three assists in 10 games.
The Sabres will host Calgary tonight to close out the five game homestand, which they have went 1-3 on thus far. Tonight’s faceoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EST.
