Bogosian can now be claimed by any other NHL team. If no one claims him, he can be sent to Rochester or even remain with the Sabres.
The Sabres acquired Bogosian in the 2014-15 season so he’s been around for a few years. His best offensive season came in 2015-16 when he scored seven goals and 17 assists. He played at least 56 games in one season three times out of the five full years with Buffalo.
Dahlin, Montour, Jokiharju & Ristoalainen should play every night. That leaves Miller, McCabe and Pilut fighting for two spots. All three have upside but have been inconsistent. Miller has played really well lately but perhaps he could be flipped for forward help.

Best Zach Bogosian moment of his Sabres era was missing this shot in the Arizona home game in the Tank Year securing a loss 🙏🙏 pic.twitter.com/Nq38XMlxrb
